Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at GEODIS Group. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving their inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a prompt and courteous manner
  • Process customer orders and requests in a timely and accurate manner
  • Adjust complaints and concerns related to billing and service
  • Generate and maintain accurate paperwork and records related to customer orders and interactions
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve service delivery
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum 6 months of related experience and/or training
  • Experience with AS400 operating systems and warehouse management systems preferred
  • PC literate with experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, customers, and co-workers
