Key Responsibilities- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a prompt and courteous manner
- Process customer orders and requests in a timely and accurate manner
- Adjust complaints and concerns related to billing and service
- Generate and maintain accurate paperwork and records related to customer orders and interactions
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve service delivery
- Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 6 months of related experience and/or training
- Experience with AS400 operating systems and warehouse management systems preferred
- PC literate with experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, customers, and co-workers
