Job DescriptionWe are seeking a reliable and animal-loving individual to join our team as a dog walker. As a dog walker with Wags West LLC, you will be responsible for providing safe and enjoyable walks for our clients' dogs, while also maintaining a high level of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Walk dogs in a safe and controlled environment, adhering to our company's guidelines and client instructions.
- Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, including regular updates and communication.
- Work independently as part of a team, contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.
- Participate in fully-paid training to ensure you are equipped to handle up to three dogs at a time.
- Enjoy a set, walkable daily route with a consistent group of happy clients.
- Availability to work Monday to Friday, 11am-3pm, with some weekends and evenings expected.
- Excellent communication skills and a personal touch when interacting with clients.
- Able to create a safe and positive walking environment for our clients' dogs.
- Willingness to follow team and client-provided care instructions, including training preferences.
- Team player with a strong desire to care for animals while ensuring their safety.
- A supportive working environment for animal lovers.
- A starting wage of $17 per hour.
- Full training and support to ensure your success in the role.
