We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Daily Provisions - Upper East Side. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading our Front of House and Back of House teams to deliver exceptional customer service and culinary experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer service and culinary experiences.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Implement and maintain high standards of food safety, quality, and presentation.
  • Manage inventory, labor costs, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Develop and implement effective training programs to ensure team members have the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Monitor and control costs, including food, labor, and supplies.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of management experience in a similar environment.
  • Bachelor's Degree or Certification in Hospitality-related field or equivalent expertise gained from time on the job.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Understanding of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
  • NYC DOHMH Food Protection Certificate holder.
  • English fluency and Spanish preferred.
