Mid-level UX Product Designer

Rose International is seeking a skilled UX Product Designer to join our innovative team and deliver timely work for our business partners.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in interaction design, visual design, and user-centric design, with a minimum of 5 years of experience. They will be responsible for collaborating with a Design lead and other team members, learning and applying Design style guidelines, sharing work with the Product and Development teams, participating in presentations with executive leadership, and creating detailed designs and validating the accuracy of implementation of our designs to our mobile interfaces.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Design lead and other team members to deliver high-quality designs
  • Apply Design style guidelines to ensure consistency and accuracy
  • Share work with the Product and Development teams to ensure seamless implementation
  • Participate in presentations with executive leadership to showcase designs and ideas
  • Create detailed designs and validate the accuracy of implementation of our designs to our mobile interfaces

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in interaction design, visual design, and user-centric design
  • Strong background in product management, visual design, interaction design, information architecture, usability principles, or similar experience
  • Effective presentation, verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Sketch, Adobe Creative, InVision, Omnigraffle, and Marvel
  • Expert in visual design, font styles, color schema, look/feel, imagery, graphics, and production output oriented
  • Familiarity with agile project methodology and designing for accessibility in native applications
