We are seeking a Senior UX Product Designer to join our Guest Experience team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering best-in-class digital shopping experiences for our guests. Your mission will be to leverage and develop frameworks for UX sprints, deliver functional proof of concepts, and in-market launches in partnership with product, engineering, and other cross-functional peers and leaders.

Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to UX strategy and vision for product experiences across digital platforms.
  • Participate in UX sprints for discovery, co-creation, future-visioning, and functional proof of concept delivery for emerging experiences.
  • Investigate new opportunities using both qualitative and quantitative research methods.
  • Create design deliverables representative of the design process phase.
  • Hold design work to a high standard of craft, including accessibility, user research, information architecture, interaction design, and visual design.
About You:

You are an experienced product designer with 4+ years of relevant product design work. You have intermediate skills in UX and product design, as well as structuring and planning work, and owning the design process. You are skilled and successful at the intersection of design strategy, scaled solutions, and craft. You are proficient in UX, product, and service design, as well as structuring and planning work, and owning the design process. You have experience in design strategy and service design methods, and you are proficient in product design and prototyping tools.
