Position Overview

VILLAGE GREEN is actively looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to become a vital part of our team.

The key responsibilities for the Maintenance Technician position include:

  • Efficiently completing work orders and specialized projects
  • Addressing plumbing and electrical service requests
  • Executing apartment turnovers, which encompass plumbing, electrical, drywall repairs, painting, and appliance servicing or replacement
  • Providing exceptional service to residents in a courteous and professional manner
  • Identifying and resolving electrical issues
  • Responding to service requests and emergency situations with professionalism
  • Enhancing the property's exterior appearance, including snow removal duties
  • Carrying out housekeeping tasks as necessary
  • Overseeing the maintenance of pools, spas, and related areas if applicable

Qualifications:

  • Preferred experience in the hospitality sector or multifamily housing
  • Proficient skills in plumbing, electrical work, appliance repair, and painting
  • Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
  • Relevant certifications and licenses in plumbing or contracting are advantageous
  • Willingness to be on-call and flexibility for weekend shifts
