Job Summary

Ritter Communications Holdings, LLC is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Enterprise Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with customers, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at existing and prospective customer sites
  • Conduct needs assessments, identify opportunities, and present tailored solutions to customers
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies
  • Provide regular sales reports and insights to inform business decisions
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and 4+ years of sales experience in the telecommunications or IT industry
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a direct business-to-business sales environment
  • Strong understanding of telecommunications products and services, as well as industry trends and competitor activity
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
