We are seeking a highly qualified Trust and Estates Attorney to provide expert legal counsel on estate planning, trusts, and probate matters. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent written and verbal communication abilities, and the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.

• Provide expert legal counsel on estate planning, trusts, and probate matters.
• Draft and review wills, trusts, and related documents to ensure compliance with state laws.
• Advise clients on tax implications, asset protection strategies, and wealth transfer options.
• Represent clients in probate proceedings and trust administration.
• Conduct legal research to support case strategies and ensure best practices.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional client service.
• Collaborate with financial advisors and accountants to develop comprehensive estate plans.
• Stay updated on changes in trust and estate law to provide informed guidance.

• JD degree
• Active license to practice law in CT
• 3-5+ years of experience in trust and estates law
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively
• Proven track record of successful client interactions and case management
