About the Role

HealthPro Heritage is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team in Chester, CT and Mystic, CT. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will work with residents in outpatient and home health settings to maximize their functional potential.

Responsibilities

1. Conduct thorough assessments of residents to identify their needs and develop individualized treatment plans.

2. Implement and document treatment plans, ensuring timely and accurate departmental records.

3. Collaborate with nursing staff, residents, and families to promote residents' use of functional abilities.

4. Provide supervision and training to assistants as needed.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.

2. Current license/certification in the state of practice.

3. Experience in a setting serving the same age/type of resident population is preferred.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
