Asset Protection Specialist

At Home Depot, we are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Asset Protection Specialist to join our team. As an Asset Protection Specialist, you will play a critical role in preventing financial loss caused by theft and fraud, while also supporting safety and environmental program compliance in your assigned store or multiple stores.
Key Responsibilities:- Prevent financial loss caused by theft and fraud through effective monitoring and analysis of CCTV footage and exception reports.
- Support safety and environmental program compliance by identifying and addressing potential hazards and risks in the store.
- Collaborate with store management and other departments to implement effective security measures and protocols.
- Monitor and analyze store security systems, including alarms and CCTV cameras, to identify potential security breaches.
- Develop and implement strategies to prevent and respond to security incidents, including theft and vandalism.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 2+ years of experience in loss prevention, security, or a related field.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
