Key Responsibilities- Engage with customers to promote a positive shopping experience and prevent theft
- Assist in implementing loss prevention strategies to minimize losses
- Conduct associate package checks to ensure compliance with company policies
- Work in high-traffic areas to deter theft and maintain a visible presence
- Conduct regular building and physical security inspections to identify areas for improvement
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will also need to be able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
