Key Responsibilities

As an Inventory Management and Procurement Specialist, your daily activities will encompass:

  • Overseeing IT asset inventory processes, including tagging, logging, auditing, and disposal.
  • Coordinating IT procurement activities for hardware, software, maintenance renewals, purchase orders, and invoices through various systems.
  • Monitoring usage data for recurring expenses such as printers, telecommunication devices, and more.
  • Assisting with vendor management tasks as needed.
  • Engaging in regular audits and compliance checks to ensure adherence to IT procurement policies and controls.
  • Supporting helpdesk, infrastructure, software, and security teams with project assistance as required.
  • Performing additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A High School diploma or GED equivalent.
  • 1-2 years of experience in banking and IT operations.
  • Proficiency in PC usage, with a keen attention to detail and reliability.
