Housekeeping Responsibilities

The Housekeeper is tasked with the daily cleaning of the community's public facilities, shared spaces, and grounds.

Additionally, the Housekeeper is responsible for the cleaning and preparation of vacant units in alignment with the property's operational goals, under the guidance of the Community Manager.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
  • Community Housekeeping
    • Perform general cleaning and trash removal in residential areas and common spaces, including make-ready units.
    • Prepare vacant units for new residents.
    • Maintain cleanliness of community offices, amenities, and other shared areas.
  • Respond promptly to resident and management requests regarding common areas, buildings, and units.
  • Adhere to Asset Living's key policies.
  • Report any observed violations of community rules to the Community Manager.
  • Utilize property resources, equipment, and supplies efficiently.
  • Perform additional tasks as requested by the Community Manager.
Customer & Resident Relations
  • Deliver excellent customer service and monitor the responsiveness of service requests.
  • Project a positive image of the community to meet property objectives and enhance public recognition.
  • Ensure consistency in interactions with residents on all matters.
  • Enforce community policies as delegated by the immediate supervisor.
