Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and guide General Maintenance Workers and client staff in standard cleaning protocols.

4. Prepare estimates for materials and supplies needed for annual budgeting and maintain an accurate inventory for daily operations and special projects.
Minimum Qualifications:

- At least 18 years of age.
- Understanding of lead work principles to effectively train and manage staff.
- Familiarity with various flooring types and appropriate cleaning methods.
- Knowledge of cleaning agents and their safe usage.
- Basic maintenance skills, including carpentry and painting.
- Proficient in basic computer skills for record-keeping and reporting.

- Experience in housekeeping or janitorial roles within large facilities.
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience.
