Caregiver (HHA, PCA) - Personal Support Specialist

Moose Lake Assisted Living, a 5-star rated assisted living campus, is seeking Caregivers (HHAs or PCAs) to provide personal care and supportive services to residents. We offer on-the-job training and competitive benefits.
As a Caregiver, you will assist residents with daily living activities, provide personal care, and maintain a safe and comfortable environment. You will also have opportunities to grow your career and develop your skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and supportive services to residents
- Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Maintain a safe and comfortable environment for residents
- Document services performed on a computerized charting system
- Perform delegated nursing or therapy procedures
- Observe residents and report any changes in physical and emotional condition to the supervisor
Requirements:
- Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Assistant (PCA) experience preferred
- Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
- Comfortable standing and walking most of the time
- Must be 18 years or older
