Claims Call Center Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Claims Call Center Representative to join our team at AIG Inc. As a Claims Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to American Express Card Members who need to file an insurance claim.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide prompt and professional service to clients, answering their questions and resolving their claims in a timely manner.
- Review and interpret policy coverage and claim status to ensure accurate and efficient resolution.
- Manage and prioritize tasks to meet productivity and quality standards.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- 1+ years of experience in customer service or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in gathering and entering information into a system.
- Analytical skills in reviewing and interpreting policy coverage and claim status.
