Service Call Center Representative

About the Job:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Service Department as a Service Call Center Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, scheduling appointments, and assisting service writers with status updates.
Responsibilities:
* Answer all inbound service phone calls and internet appointment requests
* Quickly identify customer needs and schedule main shop service appointments, recalls, and maintenance appointments
* Offer services such as valet service and shuttle service to eligible customers to minimize shop loading restraints
* Assist service writers with status updates, including current status, part availability, etc
Requirements:
* Previous inbound/outbound customer service, call center, or service experience a plus
* Bilingual Preferred (Spanish)
* Must be energetic, enthusiastic, and team-oriented
* Strong customer service skills: problem-solving and communication (written and verbal)
* Strong record of positive customer satisfaction
* Must be 18 years or older and be authorized to work in the U.S
* Must be able to pass pre-employment screening to include drug screen and criminal background check
