Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Proposal Operations Manager to join our Global Mobility Services practice within our Tax organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining proposal templates, providing guidance on proposal strategy and writing, and engaging in strategic proposals for global mobility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with the tax proposal ops team leader and service line/practice leadership to create and maintain proposal templates.
  • Provide guidance on proposal strategy, writing, design, and orals coaching support.
  • Engage in strategic proposals for global mobility and drive the execution of the pursuit process.
  • Lead initial discussions with the team on value proposition to be covered in proposal documents and at oral presentations.
  • Contribute to the development of compelling executive summaries and other sections to persuade potential clients to choose KPMG.
  • Attend proposal team calls and pursuit debrief calls, and assist with drafting orals maps and providing feedback on orals collateral.

Requirements
  • Minimum five years of recent proposal management, knowledge management, and/or marketing/writing/communications experience.
  • Some supervisory experience preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, English, journalism, or a relevant field from an accredited college or university.
  • Global mobility experience preferred.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
