Tax Operations Senior Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tax Operations Senior Manager to join our team at EisnerAmper. As a key member of our tax operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring exceptional service to our clients and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the Tax -COO with reviewing and evaluating business procedures and implementing improvements to day-to-day operations, including automation where applicable.
- Support the Tax -COO in day-to-day coordination and management of business operational activities.
- Collaborate with Tax -COO to execute departmental and organization-wide goals.
- Work with local tax service line and niche leaders on economics of their offices/niches.
- Oversee monthly billing and collection initiatives, including direct conversations with partners/directors responsible for billing.
- Oversee profitability & realization initiatives, including direct conversations with partners/directors responsible for billing.
- Participate in and lead ad hoc special projects related to client economics including annual client continuance meetings.
- Support the Tax Integration Lead and participate in the integration process for combination firms tax service line.
- Support other Tax Service Line leaders as needs are identified.
- Execute and maintain clear and accurate operations documents and procedures for reference purposes.
- Assist with creating presentation materials and content.
- Coordinate with other support business functions such as human resources, finance, and administrative teams to ensure successful execution of tax service line operations.
- Observe, review, and execute processes to provide recommendations on inefficiencies and areas where improvements can be made.
- Conduct performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.
- Assist with the overall operations of the department including project scheduling, resource planning, deadline management, and team support.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Management, Business Administration or related field required.
- 5+ years' experience within a tax operations or tax client services role.
- Experience within a public accounting firm.
