Position Summary:

The Guest Experience Coordinator serves as the primary liaison for guests, operating within a collaborative team to provide a warm welcome and effectively address their needs. This role involves close communication with various departments to ensure guests are comfortably settled and their requests are met throughout their stay. Responsibilities include offering concierge services tailored to the unique interests and preferences of each guest.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service with a professional and proactive attitude, anticipating guest needs while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Manage priorities and details efficiently, demonstrating the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Exhibit strong follow-through and attention to detail, ensuring tasks are completed thoroughly.
  • Communicate clearly and openly with both team members and guests, adapting information to align with essential job functions.
  • Perform physical tasks, including lifting loads up to 25 lbs regularly and occasionally up to 40 lbs.
  • Make independent decisions safely and in accordance with established policies and procedures.
  • Utilize various equipment and vehicles safely and effectively.
  • Adapt quickly to changing demands and demonstrate resourcefulness in overcoming challenges.
  • Maintain a flexible work schedule, demonstrating reliability and availability for early openings, closings, and weekend/holiday shifts.
Qualifications:
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
Working Environment:
  • Engage in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with varying demands.
  • Tasks may require prolonged standing, sitting, crouching, and walking.
  • Physical activity includes frequent lifting of light loads and occasional heavier lifting.
  • Work involves navigating different surfaces and weather conditions.
  • Collaborate closely with team members and staff from other departments.
  • Expect long shifts, with weekend and holiday work being a regular requirement.
  • Be prepared to fill in for unexpected staffing needs outside of regular shifts.
