Job Details

We are seeking a Client Communication Specialist to join our team at Novick Corporation in Philadelphia, PA. This role involves providing exceptional customer service and communication with clients via phone, email, and system updates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide prompt and professional communication with clients regarding orders, delivery status, and other inquiries.
  • Assist clients with order submission, adjustments, and tracking.
  • Resolving client issues related to delivery, products, and system troubleshooting.
  • Analyze daily reporting on product shortages, orders, and order status confirmations.
  • Communicate with drivers and operations team regarding delivery delays, route alerts, and changes.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED required; previous office environment experience and exceptional computer skills preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills and ability to handle fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in childcare and/or food distribution industry an asset.
