Key Responsibilities:
  • Source pre-owned vehicles through various online channels, analyzing market trends to predict inventory needs
  • Monitor market changes and regional trends
  • Provide support and advice to Sales Associates regarding used vehicle purchases
  • Assess the value of pre-owned vehicles
  • Establish and meet personal income goals aligned with dealership productivity, developing strategies to achieve them
  • Exhibit expertise in evaluating equity and values, explaining depreciation concepts
  • Maintain a database of potential pre-owned vehicle prospects, coordinating appraisals and acquisitions
  • Regularly review and analyze actions on a daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly basis to improve time management and planning
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications:
  • Experience in customer service with strong communication skills
  • Outstanding organizational skills, attention to detail, and accuracy in documentation
  • Training will be provided to qualified candidates to excel in this role
