Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join our team in St. Louis. As an Executive Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our leadership team, ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day activities.



Responsibilities

  • Schedule meetings and events, as well as coordinate travel arrangements for executives.
  • Facilitate new hire onboarding and scheduling, while also performing various ad-hoc administrative duties.
  • Prepare in-depth presentations and spreadsheets using Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Act as a liaison with other departments and outside agencies, communicating effectively with high-level staff.
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and explain policies when necessary.
  • Manage multiple priorities effectively, working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Assist with special projects, including planning presentations, disseminating information, and creating brochures.


Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1+ years of experience in a similar role or relevant skills and abilities.
  • Ability to handle tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong ability to take initiative and work independently.
  • Positive attitude and professional phone etiquette.
  • Ability to work within a team environment and prioritize personal workload.
  • Ability to manage projects and see them through to completion.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.


Working Conditions

This role requires working in a standard office environment, with minimal travel requirements.



Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position is estimated at $52,550 per year, based on industry standards and location.
