For us, home-based care is so much more than business, it is our passion and that is why we are looking for a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) who will bring their passion to work with them each and every day.
As we expand our services in new and existing markets, we're looking for a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant who shares our values of being Trustworthy, Capable, Compassionate, Proactive, and most importantly, Called to serve patients in their home. The Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant approaches each day with a passionate pursuit of caring for patients by working one-on-one with them; helping to aid in their treatment and recovery. Your dedication to your calling is rewarded by the meaningful relationships you develop with patients and the flexible schedule that allows for work/life balance.
As the Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, you will:
Deliver high-quality skilled care to patients facilitating their ROM, strength, coordination, use of adaptive equipment, and functional mobility to achieve ADL performance.
Thoroughly document care delivery daily in our EMR system
Comprehensive health, dental, and disability benefits
~Graduate of an accredited school of occupational therapy assistant with an associate degree in occupational therapy
Current State License to practice occupational therapy, valid state driver’s license and auto liability insurance
One year experience as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant preferred
