We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Nurse Specialist for Family Maternity Services.

The Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) is an advanced practice nurse with specialized knowledge in areas such as education, mentorship, consultation, research, management, and system improvements. By providing expert support to healthcare professionals and fostering enhancements in healthcare delivery, the CNS significantly impacts patient outcomes.

Essential Qualifications:
Master's Degree from an accredited clinical nurse specialist program or a Ph.D. from a recognized clinical nurse specialist program, or a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP), or currently enrolled in an accredited Master's, DNP, or Ph.D. clinical nurse specialist program, or equivalent qualifications will be considered.Upon hire: Valid Washington Registered Nurse License.Upon hire: Current National Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association.Minimum of 3 years of registered nursing experience in the relevant specialty.
Preferred Qualifications:
Upon hire: Active certification as a Clinical Nurse Specialist.Upon hire: Current certification in the area of specialty.2 years of clinical leadership experience.
Compensation:
Base Salary: $115K - $190K
