We are seeking a skilled Family Medicine Physician to join our team at the Community Health Center of Snohomish County. As a Family Medicine Physician, you will provide high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with our team of healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive medical services to patients of all ages.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide diagnostic and therapeutic medical services to CHC patients, making sound medical assessments and treatment plans.
- Obtain complete medical history and physical data from patients, interpreting and integrating data to determine appropriate diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
- Order laboratory and diagnostic procedures as needed, interviewing and advising patients regarding health and illness prevention.
- Document encounters in an accurate and timely manner, providing therapeutic intervention following accepted guidelines or protocols.
- Coordinate delivery of care with clinical staff to ensure quality of care is met.
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) from an accredited School of Medicine or Osteopathy.
- Completion of an accredited residency program in Family Practice, Internal Medicine, or Pediatrics.
- Board eligible/Board certified by the American Board of Medical Specialties (ABMS) or American Osteopathic Association (AOA) in Family Practice, Internal Medicine, or Pediatrics.
- DEA controlled substances registration, hospital privileges, and Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers (CPR/AED) or Advanced Cardiac Life Support for Healthcare Providers (ACLS) certification.
- Advanced Life Support in Obstetrics (ALSO) certification.
- Experience in a multiple provider medical practice, working with low-income, multi-ethnic populations.
