Licensed Practical Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Genesis Healthcare Services. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our skilled nursing center.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate patients/residents to collect data, observe condition, and report changes in condition.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders.
- Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.
