The Birmingham Squadron is seeking a highly motivated and proactive individual to join our team as a Partnership & Premium Account Executive. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for forging connections with national brands and expanding our business opportunities in Birmingham.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and present customized sponsorship proposals to potential partners
  • Work with our marketing activation coordinator to ensure seamless execution of sponsorship deliverables
  • Proactively reach out to potential sponsors through cold calling, networking, and other sales techniques
  • Act as the main point of contact for sponsors, addressing inquiries and concerns
  • Ensure the fulfillment of sponsorship obligations and deliverables

Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in sports and entertainment
  • Strong passion for developing positive sales cultures and long-term growth of partnership teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, customer service, and resolution skills
  • Ability to build positive working relationships with clients and peers at all levels
  • Flexibility with changing priorities and ability to organize and prioritize workload
