Job Summary

Rigel Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Business Manager to join our team. As a Territory Business Manager, you will be responsible for promoting our innovative products in the field of hematology/oncology, specifically in the treatment of chronic Immune Thrombocytopenia (cITP) and relapsed or refractory mIDH1 Acute Myeloid Leukemia (R/R mIDH1 AML).

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive business plans to maximize new patient starts in assigned territory
  • Build and maintain productive relationships with key thought leaders, prescribers, and members of the patient care team
  • Provide expert knowledge on disease state, treatment options, and access/reimbursement environment
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to respond to customer needs and resolve issues
  • Utilize business acumen to drive sales growth and achieve territory goals
Requirements
  • BA/BS or equivalent with 5 years of rare disease, specialty pharmacy, oncology/hematology sales experience
  • Excellent account management skills and established relationships with target physicians in assigned territory
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional results in Hem/Onc
  • Entrepreneurial skills with ability to thrive as a territory owner
  • Exceptional collaboration and communication skills
Working Conditions

The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Frequent travel may be required.
