Dietary Aide Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:
  • Adhere to established policies and procedures to ensure a safe and efficient food service environment.
  • Assist with food tray delivery, kitchen cleaning, and dishwashing duties.
  • Set up and serve meals, perform daily cleaning tasks as assigned, collect and distribute menus, and verify dietary trays before distribution to food carts and residents.
  • Maintain strict adherence to safety and hygiene protocols.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Dietary Manager and/or VP of Nutritional Services.
  • Ensure confidentiality of protected health information through verbal, written, and electronic communications.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
