Key Responsibilities
  • Client Consultation: Meet with potential customers to understand their insurance requirements and provide personalized insurance advice.
  • Inbound and Outbound Calls: Handle incoming calls from prospective clients and initiate outbound calls to follow up on leads.
  • Policies and Coverage: Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance policies and coverage options.
  • Claims Support: Assist clients in filing claims, coordinating with insurance adjusters, and ensuring a smooth and efficient claims process.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster customer loyalty and retention.
  • Business Development: Actively seek out new business opportunities and generate leads through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
Requirements
  • Licensing: Must possess or be willing to obtain a valid insurance license in the state of Missouri.
  • Experience: Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex insurance concepts to clients.
