Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute lead generation strategies to identify customer needs and market appropriate products and services.
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships, providing prompt and accurate service as needed.
- Provide exceptional customer service, including responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.

Requirements:
- Insurance sales experience or Property & Casualty and L/H licenses preferred but not required.
- Sales experience in outside sales, inside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing.
- Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas.
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening.
- Self-motivated and able to multi-task.
- Ability to effectively relate to customers.
- Property & Casualty license (must be able to obtain).
- Life & Health license (must be able to obtain).
