Role Overview: In the position of Marketing and Promotions Specialist, you will collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager. Your responsibilities will encompass:

  • Conducting research on target demographics.
  • Engaging in product knowledge workshops and team meetings.
  • Delivering direct customer service and sales assistance to clients.
  • Gaining insights into cutting-edge marketing and communication techniques through active involvement in company initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Account Managers in client interactions and service delivery.
  • Assist in the launch of new marketing campaigns and product offerings.
  • Accurately document customer information and maintain records.
  • Participate in product knowledge training and apply insights in customer interactions and marketing efforts.
  • Develop competencies in training, mentoring, and leadership.
  • Carry out additional tasks as required.

Teamwork and Company Culture:

  • Emphasize collaboration and strive for effective communication within our team.
  • Manage all routine aspects of customer inquiries and requests.
  • Utilize internal resources effectively to accomplish tasks.
  • Support team objectives and remain open, adaptable, and responsive to change.

Qualifications:

  • Background in customer service, client solutions, and/or sales.
  • Strong decision-making capabilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to provide timely and accurate information to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Solid understanding of our clients' products and services.
  • Capacity to identify and respond to new opportunities for existing clients.
