About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Data Scientist to join our team at DeepRec, a pioneering company revolutionizing dispute resolution with innovative AI models.

As a key member of our data science team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive data science strategy for dispute resolution, working with unstructured data and analyzing large datasets to build accurate predictive models.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Science Strategy Development: Design and implement a data-driven approach to dispute resolution, leveraging machine learning and AI techniques to drive business outcomes.
  • Model Development and Deployment: Take the lead on all aspects of the model development lifecycle, including data processing, model building, and deployment.
  • Technical Communication: Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring seamless collaboration across the organization.
  • Autonomous Work Environment: Work independently in a highly autonomous environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Requirements
  • Proven Track Record: A proven track record of developing and deploying successful predictive models, with experience working with unstructured data in the form of text, audio, and video.
  • Technical Skills: Strong skills in programming languages (e.g., Python, R), data science libraries and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn), and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
  • Statistical Expertise: Strong expertise in statistical methods, data mining, and data cleaning, with a focus on building accurate predictive models.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex data science concepts to a non-technical audience.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability and desire to lead a small team of Data Scientists, driving innovation and excellence in data science.
