About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze performance data to measure the impact of marketing efforts on business metrics
  • Develop and implement data-driven strategies to optimize marketing campaigns and improve ROI
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute A/B tests and incrementality studies
  • Partner with data engineering teams to develop and maintain data pipelines and infrastructure
  • Communicate complex data insights to stakeholders through clear and actionable recommendations
Requirements
  • 3-6 years of experience in marketing analytics with a focus on digital marketing channels
  • Strong technical skills in SQL, Python, and/or R, with experience working with data visualization tools like Tableau or Looker
  • Experience with MMM/MTA models and digital marketing platforms like Google Analytics and Facebook Ads
  • BA/BS in a quantitative field like economics, mathematics, or statistics, with an MBA or MA/MS in a quantitative field a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex data insights into actionable recommendations
