Responsibilities: The Clinical Team Leader (CTL) is responsible for ensuring that hospice services are coordinated effectively and delivered in accordance with established standards and company protocols.
This role involves reviewing and approving patient information submitted by licensed professionals, assisting in patient care review meetings, and overseeing patient care.
The CTL also supports the branch director in managing daily office operations and staff related to patient care.
Additionally, this position aids branch leadership in the ongoing education and training of clinicians to ensure compliance with documentation requirements and regulatory standards.
The CTL plays a crucial role in facilitating communication among physicians, referral sources, patients, caregivers, and staff.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills with effective verbal and written communication abilities

- Ability to maintain professionalism and a friendly demeanor
