Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain a positive and inclusive team culture
- Lead and manage a team of associates to achieve sales and service goals
- Ensure exceptional guest experiences through quality food, service, and safety measures
- Coach and develop associates to meet their full potential
- Manage food cost, labor, and inventory to achieve business objectives
- Collaborate with the General Manager and Operating Partner to drive business results
- Proven leadership and management experience in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to motivate and develop a team to achieve sales and service goals
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
- Commitment to health and food safety
