Retail Sales Representative Position at Runnings

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service by welcoming customers, handling cashier responsibilities, addressing product inquiries, assisting with product assembly, and maintaining store cleanliness.
Reporting Structure:

The Retail Sales Representative will report directly to the Store Manager.
  • This position does not entail direct supervisory responsibilities.
Core Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and assist customers within the store
  • Price and replenish merchandise
  • Receive and organize incoming stock
  • Process customer transactions
  • Operate cash register and manage customer returns
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Maintain store cleanliness
  • Perform other assigned tasks as needed
Mental and Physical Requirements:
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to lift items weighing up to 50 pounds regularly
