The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and be able to lift up to 50 pounds on occasion. The Guest Service Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, running a cash register, completing shift reports, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests
  • Run a cash register and handle cash, lottery tickets, and other transactions
  • Complete shift reports and maintain accurate records
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including sweeping, mopping, and cleaning bathrooms
  • Stock shelves and coolers, and perform other tasks as assigned by management

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on occasion
  • Reliable transportation
  • Availability to work weekend, evening shifts, and holidays
