About the Position

This is a dynamic opportunity to join XFL Properties LLC as a Ticket Sales and Experience Manager for the Houston Roughnecks. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving new business through the sale of ticket packages, including season tickets, group tickets, and premium seating.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in outbound sales, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the sports and entertainment industry. They will also possess excellent customer service skills, with the ability to maintain a professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment.

In addition to their sales expertise, the candidate will need to be proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite products, with experience in CRM systems such as Salesforce a plus. The ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential, as well as a strong command of reasoned decision-making based on analyzing pros and cons.

As a hybrid role, this position will require regular travel to appointments and events, with occasional weekend and evening work required. The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
