Board Certified Behavior Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team at Lilac Learning Center. As a Behavior Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing school-based Applied Behavior Analysis therapy to our students. Our mission is to raise the standard of Special Education in our community, and we are committed to providing a supportive and collaborative work environment.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Applied Behavior Analysis and experience working with children. You will be responsible for assisting with the development of special curricular trajectories and goal management for each student, as well as overseeing and training staff to implement student goal procedures. You will also be responsible for reporting to the Site Director and collaborating with the Special Education Teacher on all student objectives and documents.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the development of special curricular trajectories and goal management for each student
- Oversee and train staff to implement student goal procedures
- Report to the Site Director and collaborate with the Special Education Teacher on all student objectives and documents
- Provide school-based Applied Behavior Analysis therapy to students
Requirements:
- BCBA or BCaBA certification
- 2+ years of experience as a BCBA/BCaBA
- Experience providing ABA therapy with children
- Demonstrated supervisory experience
- Effective history of working with individuals with severe behavior
