Pediatric and Adult Care Professional

We are seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Maxim Healthcare Services. As a Pediatric and Adult Care Professional, you will have the opportunity to work with patients in their own homes, providing top-notch care and support.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement personalized care plans for patients, utilizing the nursing process to ensure effective treatment and service delivery.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to initiate and revise patient plans of care as needed, taking into account changing patient status and needs.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, monitoring and documenting effectiveness to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Identify areas for healthcare teaching, education, and discharge planning, working closely with patients and families to achieve successful transitions.
- CURRENT REGISTERED NURSE (RN) LICENSE FOR THE STATE IN WHICH THE NURSE PRACTICES.
- CURRENT HEALTH CERTIFICATE (PER FACILITY REGISTERED NURSE (RN) CONTRACT OR STATE REGULATION).
- CURRENT PPD OR CHEST X-RAY.
- CURRENT BLS CARD.
- ONE YEAR PRIOR REGISTERED NURSE (RN) EXPERIENCE PREFERRED.

Estimated Salary Range:$65,000 - $90,000 per year, based on experience and location.
