The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in process engineering, project management, and leadership across diverse teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a comprehensive portfolio of process models and documentation, acting as a subject matter expert within the process domain.
  • Identify and evaluate opportunities for enhancement, structuring work streams to promote operational efficiency.
  • Facilitate sessions to establish strategic direction for business processes and manage change effectively.
  • Assess the return on investment (ROI) of process enhancement projects to boost organizational efficiency and profitability.
  • Develop and maintain relationships both internally and externally to ensure the success of initiatives.
  • Prepare reports for regulatory bodies and Audit to align with strategic objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent educational background.
  • A minimum of two years' experience in a Process Engineering role.
  • Six Sigma Black Belt certification (or in progress).
  • Experience in project management within the banking or financial services sector.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and leverage data analytics for business decision-making.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and consulting abilities.
