Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Masterko. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our CEO and various departments, ensuring the smooth operation of our business.

In this role, you will be working closely with our CEO and other departments to ensure the effective execution of daily tasks and special projects. You will also be responsible for managing the CRM portal and troubleshooting any technical issues that arise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the CEO and other departments as needed.
  • Manage the CRM portal and troubleshoot any technical issues that arise.
  • Assist with daily tasks and special projects.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve business efficiency.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues, vendors, and customers.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Salary Range: $55,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience.
