Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for parents and the community, delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Oversee the student information system (SIS), ensuring accurate maintenance and timely attendance reconciliation.
  • Perform administrative tasks with precision, including the creation of reports and newsletters.

Main Duties Include:

  • Responding to inquiries in a timely manner, providing accurate information to stakeholders.
  • Operating standard office equipment and troubleshooting minor issues.
  • Assisting with the creation and distribution of marketing materials.
  • Supporting enrollment processes and compliance with educational programs.
  • Maintaining event calendars and scheduling.
  • Handling financial transactions related to school fees and uniforms.
  • Organizing and maintaining student records in both digital and paper formats.
  • Demonstrating the virtues of faith, courage, justice, wisdom, and self-control in all interactions.
  • Completing additional administrative tasks as assigned.
