### About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Dispute & Recovery Services Specialist to join our team at SHAZAM. As a key member of our team, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and timely processing of consumer dispute claims.

### Key Responsibilities

* Process consumer dispute claims in a timely and efficient manner
* Work closely with clients to resolve cardholder disputes, chargebacks, and client questions
* Investigate dispute claims, process required documents, and make recommendations for resolution
* Utilize Mastercard and VISA chargeback processes to recover funds for clients
* Ensure compliance with Regulation E guidelines

### Requirements

* Experience in retail banking, claims processing, or document processing
* Ability to work efficiently within multiple systems, including dispute claim software, internal/external web applications, and Microsoft Office
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills
