Role Responsibilities: As a Leasing Specialist, you will experience a dynamic work environment filled with diverse interactions and opportunities to develop your skills. Your responsibilities will include reviewing and processing rental applications, lease agreements, and reports. You will also manage follow-up communications and maintain thorough documentation of all prospective tenants. Additionally, you will input traffic, leasing, and application data into our systems on a daily basis. Conducting regular market assessments to analyze the property's competitive standing will be part of your duties, along with assisting in the planning and organization of monthly resident events. You will also qualify, showcase, and lease apartments while adhering to Fair Housing Regulations.
Compensation: Starting at $17 per hour
Availability: Weekend work required
Qualifications:
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in computer software applications and the Microsoft Office suite
- Valid driver's license, clean driving record, reliable transportation, and vehicle insurance
