Position Overview
The Insurance Collections Coordinator plays a crucial role in facilitating effective communication and collaboration with insurance providers and clients to maximize the benefits available to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
1. Analyze insurance policy data to guarantee precise claim processing and payment.
2. Efficiently operate the billing system to ensure accuracy.
3. Generate and submit claims as necessary.
4. Timely submission of corrected claims when required.
5. Conduct weekly follow-ups on claims to confirm their receipt and status.
6. Prepare and organize materials for submission to insurance entities as requested.
7. Ensure prompt follow-up on any unprocessed claims.
8. Develop and submit appeals with the necessary supporting documentation as needed.
9. Reach out to clients to collect outstanding account balances and manage statement processing as required.
10. Uphold the confidentiality of patient care and business operations.

This is a full-time opportunity within our corporate structure.
