Job Title: Client Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Executive to join our team at Alliant Insurance Services. As a Client Executive, you will be responsible for managing a book of business and directing the work of a service team. You will also be responsible for receiving and developing new business leads, evaluating client coverage portfolios, and providing claims support as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and develop new business leads from Producers or identify and develop cross-sell opportunities.
  • Responsible for renewal business and soliciting additional lines of coverage.
  • Evaluate assigned client coverage portfolio to implement cross-selling opportunities and solicitation of additional lines of coverage.
  • Service account and provide claims support as needed.
  • Analyze exposure base to identify program deficiencies and develop proper marketing strategies.
  • Complete applications, obtain quotes, negotiate premiums and commissions, and prepare proposals and presentations.
  • Bind coverage, identify deficiencies, and determine appropriate level of coverage.
  • Meet with clients as needed or as directed by Producer.
  • Review accounting history, respond to accounting inquiries, correct discrepancies, and contact clients on receivable collections.
  • Serve as technical expert, assist department members to resolve complex issues.
  • Handle collection of fees, reconciling and resolving any outstanding balances within 90 days of invoicing.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Eight (8) or more years related work experience.
  • Private Client Experience Preferred.
  • Valid insurance license.
  • Must continue to meet Continuing Education requirements for license renewal.
