Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Pediatric Speech Therapist to join our team of compassionate healthcare professionals. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will work closely with patients, families, and other healthcare providers to provide high-quality speech therapy services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify communication disorders in children.
* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs and goals.
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including occupational therapists, psychologists, and physicians, to ensure seamless care coordination.
* Communicate effectively with patients, families, and caregivers to educate them on their child's condition, treatment options, and progress.
Requirements:
* Master's degree in Speech Pathology from an accredited program.
* Current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the State of Ohio.
* CPR certification from the American Heart Association.
